Matthew founded Newman with an eye to the future, looking to change how we find and rent properties – as tenants, and manage those properties – as landlords. Often a tenant, and more recently a landlord, he set out to address the pains faced by both groups to improve the experience for all. Critically he believes responsible landlords should be supported with a cost and time effective tools that keeps them in control. He also believes tenants deserve quality – not only in the places the stay, but through the support they have from their landlord if something goes wrong. 

Emma is at the heart of new business and works to help implement the service into the business models of our landlords and ladies.  She will support you through the lifecycle of your journey and is here to answer any queries landlords have – whether thats about the benefits of the service, or for troubleshooting in-life issues. 

Angela is a founding Director of Newman. She coordinates viewings within the property portfolio and is at hand to manage the day to day running of the properties. She will likely be the person who introduces tenants to their new homes, supporting them throughout the life of the tenancy.
